Sorry that I haven't posted in a while, but I was on vacation. I returned and I saw this.
Well this is it. The end of Rubies. I don't know if you were aware of the new forums, I'm sorry if I forgot to mention them, but, statement from Dunny:

Apparently the players were the cause of the shutdown  which seems ridiculous
The staff still lives though and theyre actually gonna make a new game, but Rubies is no more
Thanks everyone, for all the fantastic times we had in Rubies. I'd like it a lot if we all moved to a new game.... and if not that, I'd like it if we meet again in the new game, but who knows when that's gonna start being playable.
It's been a great 3 years
To think that 2 weeks ago I was just thinking, oh a reset, yay, I can kill akky again 
Well I'm not that great with words, so I'm gonna stop here before you all cringe to death.
